DELIVERY
The Seller will deliver the Goods and the provision of the Services on the territory of Bulgaria and the countries of the European Union.
Free delivery for orders from 400 leva(VAT including).
Delivery companies are EKONT and SPEEDY and goods should be taken from their offices.
For the countries of the European Union: Speedy-Express Balkans is delivering company.
For the territory of Greece and Romania delivery could be to the address of the customer.
For the other countries of the European Union with courier company Speedy-DPD to the address of the customer.
Delivery time of an order within the territory of Bulgaria is 1 to 5 business days (subject to availability in the warehouse) except for orders placed Friday after 16:00, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays, when delivery time will be longer.
Delivery from Monday to Friday it is between 09.00 and 18.00 and Saturday between 09.00 and 13.00.
Some settlements may be served by a courier on a pre-fixed schedule.
Exceptions for special orders are possible but delivery time may be longer than 5 business days.
Delivery time for the countries of the European Union is 4 to 10 working days.
Elike.eu or a courier company representative are committed to informing the user by phone or e-mail if unforeseen circumstances hinder the timely delivery of the delivery.
If you can not complete the order because the product is not available, Elike.eu will inform the customer about this situation.
The ordered goods will be properly wrapped together with the accompanying documents. You have the opportunity to open the parcel and review the equipment before paying to the courier.
When you recieve parcel,you need to check the contents of the Goods Match Package if it is the requested.
In the event of any violation of the appearance of the goods resulting from the transport, you should contact the delivery person who is required to write a report of the damage.
